I am a Cortiva School of Massage Therapy graduate practicing since 2011, an active ABMP member, NCBTMB certified with further certifications in cupping, manual lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, reflexology, and extensive work in prenatal massage. I have over 13 years clinical experience, 7 of which working in tandem with a chiropractor.

I love the detective-like work finding the source of an issue and helping my clients get back to tackling their daily tasks more functionally with less aches and pains.

When I'm not working I enjoy quality time with friends and family, reading too many books at once, binge watching Great British Bake Off, and outdoor adventures with my terrier terrors.
